Joe Lyons has been solving plumbing problems since 2006 — nearly two decades of hands-on experience across every corner of the trade, from everyday repairs to full custom installations. As a licensed Master Plumber in both Arkansas and Oklahoma, and a Level 3 Certified Tankless Technician with both Rinnai and Navien, he's built a reputation on work that's done right the first time, no shortcuts. Joe co-founded Lyons Plumbing & Custom Designs with his wife of 15 years, Lyndsee — because if a marriage can survive that long, running a business together is just another Tuesday. Together they built the company on one simple standard: do the job right, treat people fairly, and stand behind the work.

Halito! That's "hello" in Choctaw, and about the only slow-paced thing about Lyndsee Littleton Lyons. She's hustled since she was 12, fell in love with construction remodeling her aunt's hair salon, and never looked back — selling real estate, working economic development for Fort Chaffee and the Western Arkansas MPO, and becoming the youngest town councilwoman in Pocola's District 1 along the way. Naturally, co-owning a plumbing company felt like the next step. She runs the design side of Lyons Plumbing & Custom Designs, fueled by white wine, whistle-ready cheer-coach energy, and two goldendoodles, Saint and Miko (Choctaw for "chief" — he thinks he's in charge). Domestic goddess, retired realtor, tired-but-never-out mom: if you want it built right, ask the busiest person in the room.

Caleb Meyers is a licensed Arkansas Journeyman with over four years in the trade, equally at home running residential service calls or working a new construction job from the ground up. He's Delta Pro Certified and a Navien Level 3 Tankless Installer, bringing the same care to every faucet, fixture, and tankless install he tackles. Off the clock, Caleb's usually smoking something low and slow, or wrangling his two boys with wife Gracie — future plumbers, or maybe future Arkansas Razorback linebackers. Jury's still out.

Bobby House has been in the trade for over 13 years, licensed as a Journeyman in both Arkansas and Oklahoma, with a specialty in commercial new construction and service work. When he's not on a job site, he's just as proud to be a grandpa and a dad — probably part of why he shows up every day and does it right, no matter how big or small the job.

Chris Phelps started plumbing at just 17 and hasn't slowed down since. He trained at Indian Capital Technology Center's Sallisaw campus and is already Delta Pro Certified — proof that age has nothing to do with work ethic. At 18, Chris shows up early, works hard, and never complains, which is more than most people twice his age can say. Keep an eye on this one — he's got a long, promising career ahead of him.

Juggling college classes, two jobs, and keeping the Lyons Plumbing office running smoothly, Marley proves the hustle really does run in the family.
